They play an important role in bearing industrial memory and inheriting industrial technology culture. They are the main force for the full implementation of Chinese manufacturing and Chinese creation. As a typical representative of craftsman talents, Furong craftsmen are highly skilled personnel with the characteristics of Hunan people, craftsmanship, exquisite skills and innovative skills. At present, the development of Furong artisan education still faces internal and external dilemmas such as unclear educational content, unsuitable educational ability, imperfect educational policies, and imperfect educational system. It is urgent to realize the breakthrough in the development of Furong craftsman education. Therefore, it is proposed that we should take the professional demand as the guide and realize the breakthrough of training content; strengthen the quality as the core and realize the breakthrough of training ability; aim at improving performance, realize the policy breakthrough and the path of collaborative governance, and realize the strategy of training system breakthrough.
