The investigation of the public goods supply of Shawan village in Jiangxi Province shows that taking the clan council as an organization carrier, a clan village can fully respond to and aggregate the villagers’ demands of the public goods supply projects through the collection, screening and conformity to the villagers' opinions; effectively integrate the project resources of the village’s public goods supply by applying for government resources, linking social resources and integrating the village’s resources; effectively integrate the village’s public goods supply project resources; and facilitate the implementation of the village’s public goods supply projects by guiding the public opinions to form group pressure.
