“乡村振兴”战略为我国高校农业人才培养指明了新的方向。当前我国高等农业院校人才培养存在目标定位不清晰、课程设置思路不清、优质教学资源不足、师生关系嬗变异化、人才培养与市场需求脱节和科学人文素养断裂等问题。为满足乡村振兴农业人才培养的本土化诉求，亟须从培养目标、课程体系和评价机制等方面大力变革高校农业人才培养方式，进而全面加快“三农”事业发展步伐。

The "Village Revitalization" strategy has pointed out a new direction for the cultivation of agricultural talents in colleges and universities in China. At present, there are some problems in the cultivation of talents in higher agricultural colleges in China, such as unclear target positioning, unclear course setting ideas, insufficient high-quality teaching resources, the evolution of teacher-student relationship, the contradiction between market and talent, and the fracture of scientific humanities. In order to meet the localization demands of rural personnel training for rural revitalization, it is imperative to vigorously change the training methods of agricultural talents in colleges and universities in terms of personnel training objectives, curriculum systems and evaluation mechanisms, so as to accelerate the development of the "agriculture, countryside and farmers " cause.
