大学生实际创业比例低、创业失败率高的现象促使人们关注大学生创业学习及其效果评价问题,开发适宜的测评工具首当其冲。基于创业学习和体验学习理论相关研究,立足高校创业教育实践,提出了大学生创业学习的定义和维度,并结合访谈法和问卷调查法研制了相应的测评量表。结果发现:大学生创业学习可以从创业教育参与、创业网络互动、创业经验反思、创业实践应用等四个维度进行构建;基于此开发的量表具有较高的信度和效度。

The low rate of self-employment for college students and high failure situation prompts more debates on their entrepreneurial learning and the outcome evaluation, which requires a proper measuring instrument first. Based on the literature review about entrepreneurial learning and experience learning theories, and the practice of entrepreneurial education, this paper defines the entrepreneurial learning for college students and its structure. Semi-structured interviews and questionnaire surveys were carried out to develop the measurement scale. The results show that: the concept of entrepreneurial learning for college students can be divided into four dimensions, thus entrepreneurial education participation, network interaction, experience reflection, practice and application. Factor analysis results show that the scale has high reliability and validity.
