基于2018年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据,聚焦公共健康教育的效果,采用OLS方法实证分析了接受公共健康教育对流动人口健康状况的影响及其机制。研究发现:接受健康教育可以显著提升流动人口的健康状况,Ordered Logit模型稳健性检验及工具变量法内生性分析表明这一结果仍然成立;青年人、未受过高等教育和中西部地区流动人口群体接受健康教育对其自身健康状况影响的边际效应更大;流动人口接受健康教育通过建立健康档案和签约家庭医生服务两种方式改善其自身健康状况。应努力规范公共健康教育,充分发挥其提升流动人口健康状况的效果。

Based on the data of China Migrants Dynamic Survey in 2018, focusing on the effect of public health education, this paper uses OLS method to analyze the impact of public health education on the health of floating population and its mechanism. The results show that accepting health education can significantly improve the health status of the floating population, and the effect is still significant when Ordered Logit model used for robustness test and endogenous analysis with instrumental variable method. Among the floating population, the marginal effects of health education on the health status of young people, the non-higher education people and the group in the central and western regions are greater. The floating population that accepts health education improves the health by establishing health records and signing family doctor services. Therefore, we should standardize public health education and give full play to its effect on improving the health status of floating population.
