在党从初创走向成熟的民主革命时期，组织建设的一系列举措为革命胜利提供了组织保障。基于对党的一大至七大党纲党章的文本考察，可以发现其成功举措主要包含：不断修改完善党章，科学指导党的组织建设；确立并完善民主集中制，坚决维护党内民主和党的集中统一领导；建立并严密党的组织体系，全面确保党的领导坚强有力；制定并严明党的组织纪律，始终保持党的行动一致与强大战斗力；细化并严格入党条件和程序，从源头保证党员队伍的先进性和纯洁性；加强并夯实支部建设，充分发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用。

During the Democratic Revolution when the CPC moved from its initial establishment to maturity, a series of measures in organizational construction provided organizational guarantees for the victory of the revolution. Based on the text study of the party programs and constitutions from the First National Gongress of the CPC to the Seventh, we can find that its successful measures mainly include continuous revision and improvement of the Party Constitution, scientific guidance of the CPC's organizational construction, establishment and improvment of democratic centralism, resolutely safeguarding inner-party democracy and the Party’s centralized and unified leadership; building and strengthening the CPC’s organizational system to fully ensure its strong leadership; formulating and tightening the Party’s organizational disciplines, always maintaining the Party’s actions consistent and strong ability; refining and making strict the conditions and procedures for joining the Party to ensure the party members’ advancement and purity from the source; strengthening and consolidating the branch construction, and giving full play to the key role of rural primary-level Party organizations.
