我国劳动教育政策的历史变迁可以分为孕育初塑、探索发展、改革转型、完善确立四个时期,演变过程显现出如下特征:政策的目标、内容走向分类多元;教育内容及实施途径日趋完善;课程纲要及体系逐渐趋于规范合理;劳动教育地位和作用日渐凸显。根据历史制度主义逻辑框架,演化出劳动教育政策变迁过程中的断裂均衡、关键节点、路径依赖和渐进转型四种模式。通过分析政策变迁成效,发现我国劳动教育政策的变迁从体力劳动到脑体并用转变的教育模式被迭代更新,从单纯劳动技能到劳动价值观塑造的教育内容被重新定义,从促进工农业生产到助力现代化建设转型的教育功能被深化拓展。

The historical changes of China's labor education policy can be divided into four periods of breeding, exploring development, reform and transformation, perfecting and establishing four periods, namely, the goal and content of labor education towards multiple classification, the content and implementation of labor education are becoming more and more perfect, the curriculum outline and system of labor education are becoming more and more standardized and reasonable, and the status and function of labor education are becoming more and more prominent, and the results are gradually expanding. The change of China's labor education policy is a hybrid model of the four paradigm characteristics of spacing fracture equilibrium, key node, path dependence and gradual transformation, which is shaped by external factors brought about by politics, economy and culture. Through the analysis of the performance brought about by the policy change, this study finds that the change of China's labor education policy is iteratively updated from manual labor to brain and with the transformation of educational model, from simple labor skills to labor values shaping educational content is redefined, from promoting industrial and agricultural production to helping the modernization drive transformation of the educational function is deepened and expanded.
