构建中国式现代化话语体系，将现代化发展优势及时有效地转化为话语优势，是中国共产党作为百年大党亟需回答的重大时代课题。为突破西方的现代化话语裹挟，建构具有中国特色、符合中国实际的现代化话语体系，要在政党主导与人民主体相统一中明晰发展方向，坚守中国式现代化话语体系的政治性；要在固本培元与守正创新相统一中提升理论自觉，坚守中国式现代化话语体系的学术性；要在实践总结与理论升华相统一中探索发展规律，坚守中国式现代化话语体系的科学性；要在独立自主与兼容并蓄相统一中消弭话语隔阂，坚守中国式现代化话语体系的道义性。只有从政治性、学术性、科学性和道义性的基本原则出发，才能真正推动中国式现代化话语体系由“他塑”走向“自塑”。

Constructing a discourse system of Chinese path to modernization and transforming the advantages of modernization development into discourse advantages in a timely and effective manner is a major issue of the times that the Communist Party of China, as a centennial political entity, urgently needs to address. To break free from the encumbrance of Western modernization discourses and construct a modern discourse system with Chinese characteristics, one aligned with China's reality. We should clarify the direction of development within the unfied framework of party leadership and the main body of the people, thereby upholding the political nature of the discourse system of Chinese path to modernization. Moreover, we should enhance the theoretical consciousness through the unified integration of maintaining firm ideals and convictions and upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, thereby affirming the academic rigor of the discourse system of Chinese path to modernization. Furthermore, we should explore the developmental regularities in the unity of practical summarization and theoretical sublimation, thereby safeguarding the scientific underpinnings of the discourse system of Chinese path to modernization; Additionally, we should eradicate discourse barriers in the unity of independence and inclusiveness, thereby upholding the moral integrity of the discourse system of Chinese path to modernization. Only by adhering to the fundamental principles of political, academic, scientific and moral nature can we truly promote the discourse system of Chinese path to modernization to progress from other-construction to self-construction.
