高校劳动教育与“双创”教育共同承担着为党和国家培养能够创造性解决实际问题的创新型劳动者的使命。从逻辑上看,高校劳动教育与“双创”教育的教育目标一致、内容关联、方法共通和功能相合,为融合提供了可行性,但是在实践中二者依然存在融合理念缺失、融合机制不完善、融合平台缺乏和师资结构不健全等现实困境。对此,高校要提高思想认知,树立二者融合育人的理念;完善制度文件,构建二者融合的多元协同机制;拓展实践载体,搭建二者融合的育人平台;加强师资培育,打造既懂劳动教育又精通“双创”教育的教师队伍,以推进劳动教育与“双创”教育融合持续发展。

College labor education and “innovation and entrepreneurship” education jointly undertake the mission of cultivating innovative workers with creative ability to solve practical problems for the Party and the state. From a logical point of view, college labor education and “innovation and entrepreneurship” education have the same educational goals, related content, common methods and functions, which provide the feasibility of integration. However, in practice, there are still realistic difficulties such as lack of integration concept, imperfect integration mechanism, lack of integration platform and imperfect teacher structure. Hence, colleges and universities should improve their ideological cognition and establish the idea of integrating the two to educate people; improve the system documents, and build the multiple cooperative mechanism of the integration of both; expand the practical carrier and build the education platform of the integration of the two; strengthen the cultivation of teachers, and build a team of teachers who understand labor education and are proficient in “innovation and entrepreneurship” education, so as to promote the integrated and sustainable development of labor education and “innovation and entrepreneurship” education.
