百余年来,党的劳模激励机制历经了新民主主义革命时期于救亡图存中初见雏形,社会主义革命和建设时期于百废待兴中深入拓展,改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期于改革创新中转型发展,中国特色社会主义新时代于强国复兴中系统建构的演绎历程。在党的劳模激励机制的实践历程中形成了如下基本经验:坚持党的全面领导,把好劳模激励机制的正确方向;尊重人民主体地位,筑牢劳模激励机制的价值基础;紧扣时代发展需求,增强劳模激励机制的复合效应。在新征程上,要继续因应时代需求推动党的劳模激励机制适应性变革,以促进劳模激励效能的动态提升,增强劳模激励导向的引领作用,系统夯实劳模激励的制度保障为实践路向,激发广大劳模在实现强国复兴伟业中竭力奉献。

Over the past century, the model worker incentive mechanism of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has undergone a significant evolutionary process. It began to take shape during the new democratic revolution in the quest for national salvation and rejuvenation. It then expanded deeply during the period of socialist revolution and construction amid post-war reconstruction. It transformed and developed during the era of reform, opening-up, and socialist modernization. Finally, it was systematically constructed in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, as the country pursued national rejuvenation and strengthening. The practical experience of this mechanism highlights the following key principles: upholding the Party’s comprehensive leadership to ensure the correct direction, respecting the principal position of the people to solidify its value foundation, and closely aligning with the developmental demands of the times to enhance its multifaceted impact. On the new journey, the CPC must continue to adapt the model worker incentive mechanism to evolving societal needs. It should dynamically enhance its effectiveness, reinforce its guiding role, and systematically strengthen its institutional safeguards. This will inspire model workers to make dedicated contributions to the great cause of national rejuvenation and strengthening.
