中国式高等教育现代化道路对于推进中国式现代化进程具有重要意义。理论逻辑层面，中国式高等教育现代化道路的本质特征包括坚持党的领导；以服务人民为根本目标；高等教育优先发展；为党育人，为国育才，立德树人；扎根中国，立足本土等。历史逻辑层面，中国式高等教育现代化道路历经萌芽期、探索期、推进期以及新征程四个阶段；中国式高等教育现代化道路是对毛泽东教育思想和中国特色社会主义教育理论体系的继承和发展，是对当代中国马克思主义教育思想的丰富和创新。实践逻辑层面，走好中国式高等教育现代化道路，要坚持党对高等教育工作的全面领导；吸收国际经验，强化高等教育立法支撑与经费投入；推动高等教育内涵式发展，构建高等教育高质量发展体系；走人民满意的中国式高等教育现代化道路等基本方向。

At the theoretical and logical level, the essential characteristics of the modernization path of Chinese style higher education include adhering to the leadership of the Party; taking serving the people as the fundamental goal; prioritize the development of higher education; cultivate talents for the Party, cultivate talents for the country, and cultivate moral character; rooted in China, rooted locally, etc. At the historical logic level, the modernization path of Chinese style higher education has gone through four stages, including embryonic stage, the exploration stage, the promotion stage, and the new journey; the modernization path of Chinese style higher education is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong’s educational thought and the theoretical system of socialist education with Chinese characteristics; It is a enrichment and innovation of contemporary Chinese Marxist educational thought.
