本研究从土地资源配置的角度出发，重点探讨全域土地综合整治助推数字乡村建设的机理与路径。研究发现，当前全域土地综合整治在助推数字乡村建设中呈现出整治范围整体性、整治对象综合性、整治模式差异性、整治措施系统性以及整治目标多样性特征，背后体现要素流动弥补数字乡村建设资源短缺，结构调整促进数字乡村建设现代转型，功能转化增强数字乡村建设内在韧性，机制创新完善数字乡村建设治理体系的内在机理。然而囿于乡村资源禀赋与主体认知存在差异性，上述实践亦面临多元主体协同难度大、土地整治激励性不够、乡村资源环境的约束以及传统粗放开发的弊端等问题。政府需要从体制机制、目标定位、模式创新以及空间体系等方面进行优化，助力数字乡村实现高质量发展的目标。

At present, the construction of digital villages shows characteristics such as long-term and arduousness. Among them, land elements, as the most core resource of digital villages, force scholars to think about how to effectively carry out the comprehensive land consolidation in the whole area to assist the construction of digital villages. Based on this, this study starts from the perspective of land resource allocation and focuses on discussing the mechanism and path of comprehensive land regulation in the whole area to promote the construction of digital villages. The research finds that the current comprehensive land regulation in the whole area shows the characteristics of overall consolidation scope, comprehensive consolidation objects, differential consolidation models, systematic consolidation measures, and diverse consolidation goals in promoting the construction of digital villages. Behind this, it reflects the internal mechanism of element flow to make up for the shortage of resources in the construction of digital villages, structural adjustment to promote the modern transformation of digital villages, functional transformation to enhance the internal resilience of digital village construction, and mechanism innovation to improve the governance system of digital village construction. However, due to the differences in rural resource endowments and subject cognition, the above practices also face problems such as the difficulty of multi-subject coordination, insufficient incentives for land consolidation, constraints of rural resource environment, and the drawbacks of traditional extensive development. In the future, the government needs to optimize from the aspects of institutional mechanisms, goal positioning, model innovation and spatial systems to help digital villages achieve the goal of high-quality development.
