耕读文化作为中华农耕文明的精神内核,其“耕以养身,读以明道”的智慧体系,能够进一步赋能涉农高校创业教育形式创新、内容转型与体系重构。当前,耕读文化赋能高校创新创业教育过程中面临着产教脱节、资源平台整合不足、师资结构失衡及价值认同危机等多重现实困境。对此,涉农高校应深化产教融合以贯通产业链与教育链的互动机制、整合多元资源以构建耕读教育与创新创业融合平台、优化师资结构以建设“双师型”耕读文化传承队伍,加快数智转型以消解耕读文化赋能教育的认同危机,从而将耕读文化全方位融入创新创业教育。唯有如此,才能在耕读文化赋能涉农高校创新创业教育过程中,培养更多知农爱农为农创新型复合人才,有效服务乡村振兴与农业农村现代化。

As the spiritual core of Chinese agricultural civilization, the farming-reading culture, with its wisdom system of “farming to nourish the body, reading to enlighten the mind”, can further empower agricultural universities and colleges to innovate in the forms, transform the content, and restructure the systems of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Currently, the process of integrating farming-reading culture into university innovation and entrepreneurship education faces multiple practical challenges, including a disconnection between industry and education, insufficient integration of resource platforms, imbalanced faculty structure, and a crisis of value identity. In response, agricultural universities and colleges should deepen industry-education integration to bridge the interaction mechanism between the industrial chain and the educational chain, consolidate diverse resources to build a platform that merges farming-reading education with innovation and entrepreneurship, optimize the faculty structure to develop a “dual-qualified” teaching team for the inheritance of farming-reading culture, and accelerate the digital-intelligent transformation to resolve the identity crisis in empowering education through farming-reading culture. This will enable the comprehensive integration of farming-reading culture into innovation and entrepreneurship education. Only in this way can the process of empowering innovation and entrepreneurship education in agricultural universities and colleges with farming-reading culture cultivate more innovative and compound talents who understand, love, and serve agriculture, thereby effectively contributing to rural revitalization and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
