以湖南生物机电职业技术学院与江苏农林职业技术学院为例,构建“主体嵌合—技术适配—制度耦合”三维分析框架,系统剖析高职院校支撑农机国际产能合作的困境及其优化路径。研究发现,主体嵌合不足是基础性问题,其引发技术适配与制度耦合的连锁反应,三者相互强化形成负向循环。据此提出优化路径:深化多元主体协同,构建全链条嵌入的产教融合网络;强化场景化技术适配,搭建跨境农艺场景驱动的全流程服务平台;推动制度标准协同共建,建立双向互认的标准衔接体系。

Taking Hunan Biological and Electromechanical Polytechnic and Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as examples, this study constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework of “actor integration-technology adaptation-institutional coupling” to systematically examine the dilemmas and optimization paths of higher vocational colleges in supporting international capacity cooperation of agricultural machinery. The findings reveal that insufficient actor integration constitutes a fundamental problem, triggering a chain reaction in technology adaptation and institutional coupling, with the three dimensions mutually reinforcing each other to form a negative cycle. Accordingly, optimization paths are proposed: deepening multi-actor collaboration to build a fully embedded industry-education integration network; strengthening context-specific technology adaptation to establish a cross-border agronomic scenario-driven whole-process service platform; and promoting co-construction of institutional standards to create a two-way mutual recognition system for standard alignment.
